Judy was born 7/23/1955 in Billings, MT to Marvin Messmer and Joyce Johnson.  She married Ricky Van Haley in 1974 in Billings, MT.  Judy died at the age of 28 in January 1984 and is buried in Wheatridge, Colorado.
