September 8-9, 2023

Greetings West High grads!  Your Reunion Committee has been working hard to plan a Grand Celebration for you in September.  Join us for the party of the half century!

Advanced Registration is now closed for the reunion events.  However, you may pay at the door.  

Friday, September 8

• West High buffet dinner and kegger - Lake Hills Country Club - 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.  Friday night always promises to be tons of fun when you have that first glimpse of friends you may not have seen for decades.  (There will be name tags with yearbook photos.)  And the grounds are much prettier than Farmer's Field or Fenceline.  The beer will be a step up as well with a couple of kegs of local Billings micro-brews.  Reconnect with "old" friends and participate in the 50/50 ticket sale where half the proceeds go to you and half will go to the Billings West High 2024 Bear Bash year-end graduation party.  

 

Saturday, September 9

• Buffet dinner, no-host cocktail party and live music (West, Senior and Central), ZooMontana 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.   Saturday night brings all three high schools together for one big shared event.  A tasty buffet from High Horse Saloon will be offered from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.  ZooMontana will leave the animals out an extra two hours from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. so come early and tour the Zoo!  Local Billings band, MOJO, with Doug McShane (Senior High '73), will provide live "classic" (because that's what we are) music from our youth from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Take a nap Saturday afternoon so you can take in a full evening of fun with all three schools Saturday evening.

 

There are additional events and activities including a Memorial Service for deceased classmates, a West High School Tour and a 9-hole golf tournament with Senior and Central.  Also West, Central and Senior set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds for a Class of '73 bench along Skyline Trail on the rims.  Unfortunately, it won't be installed before our reunion. However, you can still enjoy a view of Billings and the Beartooth Mountains by walking the Skyline Trail on top of our beloved rimrocks.  Check out the "Free Events and Activities" link to see where our bench will be located.

 

 

 

Ticket prices based on costs for catering, website, mailings, and other reunion expenses.  Any funds remaining following the reunion will be donated to the 2024 West High Bear Bash graduation party.
