

Kelly D. Jones passed away on July 5, 2025, in Twin Falls, Idaho, surrounded by family.
Kelly was born in Billings, Montana on March 12, 1955, to William Richard Jones (aka “Wild Bill”) and Laura Lucille Jones (Lucille). He was the second of four boys. He was raised in an active, loving family that enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking, and water skiing.
Kelly graduated from Carroll College with an accounting degree and went to work for the Marathon Oil Company. He was located at times in Cody, WY and Houston, TX. He elected to change careers and began managing an art gallery, first in Cody then moved to the Tubac, AZ area and managed a gallery there for many years. Kelly was respected in the art community and served as President of the Tubac Chamber of Commerce. He had recently moved to Twin Falls to be with the loves of his life, his daughter Sarah and granddaughter Stella. He proudly attended every soccer game Stella had this spring. He adored her.
Kelly was highly intelligent, well read and well spoken. He chose to live a simple life enjoying many hours reading. He was a confident man. He was loving, funny, tough, caring, and not one to be shy about sharing his opinion if he disagreed with you.
Kelly is survived by his daughter Sarah McIntosh and granddaughter Stella Lucille, his brother Kreg (Jackie), nieces Erin and Morgan and nephew Parker. Also, by his great friend Kim Kron. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, and brother Kirk.
Per Kelly’s wishes there will be no service other than family. He will be returned to Mother Earth in Flathead Lake, Montana.

Very hard to read about the passing of another class mate. I remember Kelly with his cheerful "Hi" and always a smile. RIP

What a nice classmate he was. Also kind and although somewhat quiet, I enjoyed English class and study hall. It's difficult to read about our classmates passing.
