Bill Coats passed away in July 2025 in Phoenix, AZ after a 3 year battle with esophogeal cancer.  Per his wishes, there was no obituary nor memorial.  He is survived by his wife, Drue, 2 brothers and 3 sisters, including his twin, Carolyn Coats Martin.  Bill and Carolyn's family moved to Denver, CO before senior year so they did not graduate from BWHS.  However, many classmates knew Bill and Carolyn at Will James and later during sophomore and junior years at BWHS.  He and Carolyn will always be considered "one of us."
